  • How can I watch tonight's episode of LevinTV?

    Once you have subscribed to LevinTV, you can watch tonight's episode by doing the following:
    Viewing on the Website
    A. Login using your username and password
    B. It will be on the Home Page when you click the "WATCH NOW" button

    Viewing on an OTT Device (Roku, Amazon FireTV)
    A. You should be logged in automatically
    B. The newest episode will be under "Featured Video" on the main page

    Viewing on an Mobile Device (iOS App, Android App)
    A. You should be logged in automatically
    B. The newest episode will be the big video that displays over the episodes and clips channels on the main page

  • Where can I watch LevinTV?

    LevinTV can be watched on our website, on your favorite devices including Amazon Fire TV®, Amazon Appstore, Apple Appstore, Google Play, and Roku®, and iOS and Android devices. Learn more about how to find LevinTV.
  • What happens if I am already a LevinTV subscriber?

    LevinTV subscribers will be upgraded for free to CRTV through the end of your subscription end date.  Simply continue watching LevinTV until the launch of CRTV in December.  Look for emails from us detailing our launch and any details related to your account.  

  • Amazon FireTV App Questions

    Do I need to be signed in?
    You must have a LevinTV account and subscription to activate the LevinTV app on Amazon FireTV. Navigate to LevinTV.com to create an account if you do not have one already.

    How do I sign in / activate my Amazon FireTV?
    When you open the LevinTV app on Amazon FireTV, you will see instructions to navigate to https://www.levintv.com/activate on your computer and to sign in with your paid account. On this same screen, you will see a code to activate your device. Enter this code on the LevinTV.com website after you sign in. After 5 seconds, Amazon FireTV will automatically refresh and activate your account. You should now be able to see the full video catalogue.

    Where do I see the daily show?
    The new LevinTV Daily Show will appear as the featured media at the top of the homepage after you sign in.

    What if I don't see the daily show after it's scheduled time?
    Navigate to another page or video in the app, and then navigate back to the home screen. New content is loaded on the homepage each time this view loads.
  • Android App Questions

    Do I need to be signed in?
    When you first open the LevinTV app, you can see LevinTV video clips. A free / anonymous / non logged-in user may view some video clips, but not the full catalogue.

    How do I sign in?
    To sign in, click the hamburger menu in the top left of the app, and click the "Sign In" button.

    Where do I see the daily show?
    The new LevinTV Daily Show will appear as the featured media at the top of the homepage after you sign in.

    What if I don't see the daily show after it's scheduled time?
    Swipe down anywhere on the home page to use the "pull to refresh" feature. You will see a spinner indicator showing the newest content is being loaded into the app.
  • Nook Questions

    Compatible Nook Devices that run Android + Google Play Store
    - Nook HD
    - Nook HD+
    - Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 Nook
    - Samsung Galaxy Tab E Nook
    - Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 Nook 7.0

    These devices have access to the Google Play store, are compatible with the LevinTv app, and should be able to download, authenticate and use the app just as any other android tablet is able to.
  • Apple iOS App Questions

    Do I need to be signed in?
    When you first open the app, you can see LevinTV video clips. A free / anonymous / non logged-in user may view some video clips, but not the full catalogue.

    How do I sign in?
    To sign in, click the hamburger menu in the top left of the app, and click the "Sign In" button.

    I tried to activate my IOS app and received an “Invalid Username or Password” error?
    If you receive this error, the issue is one of two things:
    1) You have not registered for an account and purchased a subscription to LevinTV. To solve this issue go to LevinTV.com and click ‘Sign Up’ in the top right corner. Once you have completed the subscription process, go to your IOS app and follow the steps to activate the app again.
    2) You have registered for an account, but have not yet purchased a subscription. To solve this issue go to LevinTV.com, Log In to your account, navigate to your Profile page (‘My Profile’ link in the top right corner), and then click ‘Subscribe Now’. Once you have subscribed to LevinTV, go to your IOS app and follow the steps to activate the app again.

    Where do I see the daily show?
    The new LevinTV Daily Show will appear as the featured media at the top of the homepage after you sign in.

    What if I don't see the daily show after it's scheduled time?
    If you do not see today's episode and it is after 9PM (or scheduled publish time) restart the app and the new videos will load.

    How do I restart the app?
    Double tap the "home / select" button (the thumb reader button)
    Swipe the LevinTV app up off the screen. This closes the app completely.
    Press the home / select button again, and open the app again. You should now see the newest available content.
    LevinTV V2 will publish in the next week with a "pull to refresh" feature that updates content just like in the Android App.

  • Roku App Questions

    Do I need to be signed in?
    You must have a LevinTV account and subscription to activate the LevinTV app on Roku.

    How do I sign in / activate my Roku?
    When you open the LevinTV app on Roku, you will see instructions to navigate to https://www.levintv.com/login on your computer and to sign in with your paid account. On this same screen, you will see a code to activate your device. Enter this code on the LevinTV.com website after you sign in. After 5 seconds, Roku will automatically refresh and activate your account. You should now be able to see the full video catalogue.

    LevinTV will post approximately 200 commercial-free episodes per year.

  • I want to use a mobile app to watch LevinTV.  How do I do that?

  • I want to use an OTT device such as Roku to watch LevinTV.  How do I do that?

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    You are not required to purchase a Levin TV subscription in order to view the Site or use the Services.  However, without a Levin TV subscription, you will not be able to view Levin TV.  If you purchase a Levin TV subscription, you will be able to view all of the Levin TV episodes we broadcast via the Site and the Services during the applicable subscription period.  We anticipate broadcasting two hundred (200) or more Levin TV episodes per year, however, we make no guarantee as to the availability of any particular episode or the total number of episodes to be broadcast.

    When you purchase a subscription through the Site or the Services, you agree to pay the applicable subscription fee, as well as any applicable taxes and renewal charges as described below.  If we are unable to charge your credit card or other payment method, your subscription will automatically terminate.

    We may increase our subscription prices at any time, however, we will give you at least thirty (30) days’ advance notice of any price increase, and the price increase will not apply until your current subscription period has concluded.  This will give you an opportunity to turn off your auto-renew or cancel your subscription, as described below, before the price increase takes effect.  The Levin TV subscription fee covers access to Levin TV only; you are responsible for your own data fees and internet service provider fees.    

    Free Trial Period

    Your subscription may begin with a free trial.  We will begin charging for your selected subscription at the end of the free trial period and such charge will be considered your purchase date for purposes of subscription period calculations.  You may not receive a notice from us that your free trial period has ended.  To avoid being charged, you must cancel your subscription before the end of the free trial period.  You can cancel your subscription by visiting the My Billing Info section of CR Insider, navigating to the Subscriptions tab and clicking on Manage, where you will find the option to cancel your subscription.

    Monthly Subscription

    Monthly Auto-Renew

    Your monthly subscription will automatically renew every fourth WEEK COMMENCING from your purchase date. You must turn off auto-renew or cancel your subscription before the renewal date to prevent the next charge to your CREDIT card OR OTHER PAYMENT METHOD.  You can see the next time your credit card or other payment method will be charged at any time by navigating to the Billing section of Levin TV Membership and viewing the Subscriptions tab.  You can also view or change your payment method by navigating to the Billing section of Levin TV Membership.  Notwithstanding the foregoing, we may elect in our sole discretion not to renew your subscription.  We make no guarantee as to the availability of any particular episode of Levin TV or the total number of episodes to be broadcast.

    How to Turn Off Auto-Renew

    You may turn off auto-renew at any time by navigating to the Billing section of Levin TV Membership. Then navigate to the Subscriptions tab and toggle the auto-renew toggle. This will terminate your auto-renewal agreement to Levin TV and your access will expire at the end of the four-week billing cycle if you do not re-subscribe.

    Canceling Your Monthly Subscription

    You can cancel your monthly subscription at any time in the Billing section of Levin TV Membership, by navigating to the Subscriptions tab and clicking on Manage, where you will find the option to cancel your subscription. If you cancel your monthly subscription within the first 15 days of your subscription or renewal, you will receive a refund.  IF YOU CANCEL YOUR MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION AFTER THE FIRST 15 DAYS OF YOUR SUBSCRIPTION OR RENEWAL, YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE ANY REFUND AND WE WILL STOP CHARGING YOUR ACCOUNT THE FOLLOWING FOUR-WEEK BILLING CYCLE, SO YOUR ACCESS WILL CONTINUE FOR THE REMAINDER OF THE CURRENT FOUR-WEEK PERIOD.

    Yearly Subscription

IF YOU CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION AFTER THE FIRST 15 DAYS OF YOUR SUBSCRIPTION OR RENEWAL, YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND AND WE WILL STOP CHARGING YOUR ACCOUNT THE FOLLOWING ONE-YEAR RENEWAL PERIOD.  YOUR ACCESS WILL CONTINUE FOR THE REMAINDER OF THE CURRENT SUBSCRIPTION YEAR.  Except as noted in this paragraph, all charges for annual subscriptions are nonrefundable.

  • What is your billing policy for the various subscription terms?

    Our billing policy for all offers is to bill you at the time of the start of your actual subscription. This means that if you have signed up for a trial period on a certain offer, you will not be charged until that trial period has concluded and your subscription has begun.
